For the new release of the Board Room App, we have signed a cooperation agreement with Branchfire for the use of the iAnnotate software. Our new release of the Board Room has incorporated the unique functionality for annotating the PDF documents in the App.

The ever increasing demand for corporate software solutions by Effacts, and our continued devotion to high-quality customer service and support finally came to the point where our old office was no longer sufficient.

Therefore as of february 10th Effacts B.V. has relocated its office to the Jollemanhof 152 in Amsterdam.

Our new location offers better accessibility by car or public transportation. Furthermore it offers the possibility to host user and administrator workshops for our customers.

We are looking foward to welcome you to our new office.

Seing the amount of interest in this event, it is quite obvious that information technology is becoming more important to the legal industry with every passing year. A large market is yet to be conquered by EFFACTS.

Thursday September 22nd we organized the ‘user meeting: Contract Mangement’. Goal of this meeting was to share our knowledge on how an organization could optimize the proces of contract management and keeping control of the system.

Most important to begin with is to analyse the different types and the ammount of contracts in your company, before deciding which contracts you should or should not register. Afterwards, you need to capture the policy of contract management based on your goal. The biggest problem is the lack of this policy. Once you have decided what to manage in your database, we can assist you with setting up of your own contract management system.

Apple approved the first version of our Board Room App! You can download the App via the App Store.

To use the Board Room you need to order your own EFFACTS data room for the back office. You can easily store your meeting documentation in this highly secured and structured central repository.

Your groups or committees are able to access this meeting documentation with both the Board Room App and a regular Internet browser.

The benefits of the App are:

Both offline and online access to the documentation
Always same version of documentation for all users
No longer multiplication of information by email and/or post
Dummy proof interface for efficient meetings
Forwarding/Printing/Downloading of information not possible
